Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Trika Dynamics Private Limited ("the Company", "we", "us"), the operator of the BWSY platform, its mobile applications, and its websites (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. What BWSY is — and is not

BWSY is a privacy-first matchmaking and decision-support platform. It helps individuals and families discover potential matches, understand why an introduction has been recommended in plain language, and make more informed relationship decisions.

BWSY is not a marriage bureau guaranteeing outcomes. We do not promise marriage, engagement, a response from any member, a specific number of introductions, or any particular result. Every decision about whom to contact, meet, or marry is yours and your family's alone.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. Registration is blocked where the date of birth entered indicates the applicant is under 18.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract.
• You must be using the Service for the genuine purpose of seeking a matrimonial match for yourself or for a family member with their knowledge and permission.

4. Accounts and profiles created for family members

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Many profiles on BWSY are created by a parent, sibling, or other family member, or with the help of a BWSY Relationship Advisor. If you create a profile for another person, you confirm you have their knowledge and permission. The person whose profile it is may take control of the account at any time.
• Information you provide must be true, accurate, and kept up to date. Misrepresenting age, marital status, education, profession, family details, or identity is a serious violation of these Terms.
• One person may hold only one active profile. We use duplicate-detection measures and may merge, suspend, or remove duplicate accounts.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Parts of the Service require a paid subscription. Current plans, pricing, and inclusions are shown in the app and on our website before purchase. Prices include or display applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
• All subscription payments are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: digital services begin immediately on activation, and subscription fees are non-refundable once purchased. Please read that policy before paying.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. If automatic renewal is introduced in the future, you will be able to cancel renewal before the renewal date.

6. Member conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Provide false information or impersonate any person
• Create a profile for a person without their knowledge and permission
• Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or defame any member, or contact a member after they have asked you to stop
• Demand, offer, or negotiate dowry through the Service, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, promotion, or the sale of goods or services
• Copy, screenshot, or circulate other members' photographs or personal information outside the platform
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download profile data, or probe, bypass, or interfere with the Service's security or access controls
• Upload content that is obscene, hateful, or infringes any third party's rights

We may investigate suspected violations and may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove any account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or other members are at risk.

7. Photographs and content you upload

• You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant the Company a licence to host, store, process, watermark, and display that content as needed to operate the Service, subject to your privacy settings.
• Photographs are handled under the privacy controls described in our Privacy Policy, including masking and one-time access grants. Photographs uploaded to BWSY carry a BWSY watermark.
• You confirm that content you upload is yours, or that you have the right to upload it, and that it does not violate any law or any third party's rights.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. The AI advisor and recommendations

• The Service includes an AI advisor and automated recommendation features. Their suggestions and explanations are assistance, not advice, and not a promise of compatibility or outcome.
• Recommendations are generated from the information members provide. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in information provided by other members.
• Automated processing on BWSY does not make any decision with legal or similarly significant effect about you. See our Privacy Policy for how automated processing works.

9. How recommendations work

• Recommendations are generated from the preferences, priorities, and deal-breakers you state, together with your profile information. The Service works from your stated choices — it does not decide for you.
• The breadth of your preferences directly affects what you receive: broader preferences naturally produce more recommendations; very specific or narrow preferences produce fewer. Fewer recommendations under narrow preferences is the Service working correctly, not a fault.
• The number, frequency, and quality of recommendations also depend on your subscription plan and on the members available on the platform who match your stated preferences. No minimum number of recommendations, introductions, or responses is promised under any plan.
• You can widen or refine your preferences at any time, and your recommendations will reflect the change.

10. Your responsibility for interactions and meetings

BWSY provides introductions and information; it does not conduct background checks on members beyond the verification steps described in the app. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, including any decision to share contact details, meet in person, or proceed toward marriage.

We strongly encourage you and your family to exercise the same independent verification and judgment you would in any matrimonial introduction — meet in safe public places, involve family, and verify important claims independently before making commitments.

11. Relationship Advisors

Some profiles are sourced or supported by BWSY Relationship Advisors. Advisors assist with registration and profile completion. Advisors do not participate in matching decisions, do not have access to internal matching analysis, and are not authorised to demand any payment from you outside the Service's published pricing. If anyone demands an off-platform payment in BWSY's name, do not pay, and report it to us immediately.

12. Additional terms for Relationship Advisors

If you register as a BWSY Relationship Advisor, the following terms apply to you in addition to everything above.

• You are an independent service partner, not an employee or agent of the Company, and you have no authority to make promises on the Company's behalf.
• You may register a candidate only with that person's (or their family's) knowledge and permission, and the information you enter must be true and provided by them.
• Login credentials you generate for a candidate must be delivered to the candidate only. You must not retain, reuse, or share them.
• You must not screenshot, photograph, forward, or share candidate information outside the platform in any form.
• You must not demand or accept any payment from candidates or members outside the Service's published pricing, and you must not promise marriage or any outcome.
• You are not shown match scores or internal matching analysis, and you agree not to attempt to access them.
• The Company may approve, suspend, or terminate advisor access at its discretion, including where these terms are breached. All profiles and data on the platform remain under the Company's control.
• Acceptance of the in-app Advisor Agreement is required before advisor access is granted; where the in-app agreement and this section differ, the in-app agreement prevails for advisors.

13. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, and the BWSY name and marks, belongs to the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service, except as permitted by law.

14. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. Data deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Fees already paid are not refundable on account deletion; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate your access where these Terms are breached, where required by law, or where necessary to protect members or the Service. Where practical, we will tell you the reason.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any introduction will lead to any outcome.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to the Company for the Service in the six months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service develops or as the law requires. The current version is always published on this page with its version number and date. Where changes are material, we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date of non-material changes constitutes acceptance; material changes will always be notified to you first.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable consumer law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
